Aave V4 Deposits Reach $806 Million, Up 30% Weekly
Aave (AAVE) V4 deposits have increased by 30%, reaching $806 million. V4 is expanding its deposit base based on inflows from the EtherFi cash market. According to Aavescan data, the total supply of V4 is reported to be around $800 million. The supply in the EtherFi cash V4 market is recorded at $257.3 million, with Ethereum Core V4 holding the largest share at $372.8 million. The borrowing amount in the EtherFi cash V4 is $21.3 million, indicating that borrowing is limited compared to the supply. Aave V3 has a much larger deposit base of $31 billion, with the total Aave supply around $31.8 billion. Aave V4 stores assets centrally through a hub-and-spoke structure, with each spoke managing collateral types and risk settings. EtherFi plans to utilize the Aave V4 hub as the credit backend for its Visa card product. Domestic investors need to analyze the increase in deposits separately from token price movements.
