ATA Creativity Global Receives $100 Million Strategic Investment from Baby BTC Capital, Transforming into a BTCFi Listing Platform
BlockBeats News, August 2nd. According to official sources, NASDAQ-listed company ATA Creativity Global (Nasdaq: AACG) announced that it has signed an agreement with Baby BTC Strategic Capital, led by the Babylon Foundation as an LP, for a total of $100 million to take a controlling stake in ATA. This includes $30 million in new shares and $70 million in warrants, and a restructuring of the board.
ATA will transform into the world's first publicly listed platform focusing on the BTCFi ecosystem, deepening cooperation with the Babylon project (which currently has 45,000 BTC staked). The company will also make a large-scale acquisition of Baby tokens, targeting a circulating market value of over $100 million for Baby, creating a "BTCFi Infrastructure + Baby Token Reserve" dual-track model to bridge the gap between crypto and traditional finance regulatory pathways.
