Citrea Suspends Cross-Chain Transfers of ctUSD and Other Assets Due to Zentra Finance Security Incident

Citrea has suspended the cross-chain bridging functionality for ctUSD, USDC, USDT, WBTC, and CTR due to a security incident involving the third-party application Zentra Finance. The Citrea protocol and cross-chain contracts remain unaffected, and funds stored outside of Zentra Finance are not impacted, with other network functionalities operating normally. The team is currently investigating the incident in collaboration with the Zentra team and will restore cross-chain functionality once safety is confirmed, providing ongoing updates on the progress.
