The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined four companies over 21 million UAH for collusion in public procurement. The regulator made two decisions regarding violations of legislation on the protection of economic competition. The first decision concerns LLC "Gazoyltekhnohaip" and LLC "Progressive Oil and Gas Technologies," which were found guilty of anti-competitive actions that distorted the results of the bidding process. In 2025, LLC "Operator of the Gas Transport System of Ukraine" held a tender for the purchase of special-purpose vehicles with an expected value of over 200 million UAH. The second decision involves LLC "Nanoexpo+" and LLC "Mavel Ukraine," which colluded in two tenders for the purchase of technical salt with an expected value of over 100 million UAH. The tenders were conducted in 2023 by the municipal enterprise "Centralized Procurement Organization of the Kharkiv City Council." The Antimonopoly Committee imposed fines of 7.6 million UAH on LLC "Gazoyltekhnohaip" and LLC "Progressive Oil and Gas Technologies," and 14 million UAH on LLC "Nanoexpo+" and LLC "Mavel Ukraine." Previously, the Antimonopoly Committee fined three companies 29.9 million UAH for collusion in the procurement of individual equipment.
