The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) has revised its forecasts for WTI and Brent crude oil prices in its Short-Term Energy Outlook report. The WTI crude oil price is expected to be $80.88 per barrel in 2026, up from a previous forecast of $76.26 per barrel; for 2027, the WTI price is projected to be $65.39 per barrel, an increase from the earlier estimate of $60.76 per barrel. As for Brent crude, the price is expected to be $86.81 per barrel in 2026, revised from a prior forecast of $81.91 per barrel; for 2027, the Brent price is anticipated to be $69.39 per barrel, up from the previous expectation of $64.76 per barrel.
