Hedera Expands Institutional Custody Infrastructure in Collaboration with Utila
Hedera (HBAR) has partnered with Utila to enhance accessibility for enterprises. This integration emphasizes security and control, and is expected to accelerate Hedera's enterprise adoption rate. Through the integration with Utila, a secure environment for managing HBAR and Hedera Token Service (HTS) based assets is provided. Utila has raised $51.5 million, with a cumulative transaction processing volume exceeding $200 billion. Equipped with multi-party computation (MPC) wallets, policy-setting features, and enterprise APIs, it meets the compliance requirements of large institutions. This collaboration is also linked to the Reserve Bank of Australia's digital money pilot, 'Project Acacia', where Utila serves as a key infrastructure provider. The cumulative transaction count on Hedera is approaching 7.2 billion, indicating a steady increase in network usage. The market believes that the connection with institutional-grade infrastructure will further enhance Hedera's competitiveness. Hedera's enterprise adoption has reached a quantifiable stage, and with the Utila integration and participation in large financial projects, demand for HBAR and HTS from institutions is expected to rise.
