INDODAX Volume Rises to Rp8.7 Trillion in August 2026

The transaction volume on INDODAX increased to Rp8.7 trillion in August 2026, up 16% compared to the previous month. The number of digital financial asset consumers in Indonesia reached 22.93 million accounts in July 2026. The national cryptocurrency transaction value was recorded at Rp20.52 trillion, down 28.2% from Rp28.58 trillion in June. In July, INDODAX's transaction volume reached Rp7.5 trillion, equivalent to 36.5% of the national transaction value. INDODAX's Chief Marketing Officer, Aloysia Dian, stated that the increase in volume indicates that investor activity is starting to rise again after a period of stagnation. Data from CoinMarketCap shows that Bitcoin strengthened by 24.36% in a month, followed by Ethereum at 32.01%, XRP at 28.22%, Solana at 41.33%, and Hyperliquid (HYPE) at 61.53%. This increase reflects a market sentiment that is spreading to other cryptocurrencies. Although global sentiment has improved, cryptocurrency movements remain influenced by market conditions, liquidity, and monetary policy.
