Japan's NFT accommodation membership service operator NOT A HOTEL has completed approximately $112 million in financing, which includes about $68 million from the issuance of new shares, and approximately $44 million from the transfer of existing shares by current shareholders to new investors. The investors include Toyota Invention Partners, SBI Holdings, SBI Investment, Sequoia, and TT Lion Partners. NOT A HOTEL will collaborate with Toyota Invention Partners and G-Lion Group to integrate mobile and accommodation into a seamless experience and promote the operation of facilities such as high-end car and super yacht dedicated docks. The company operates a membership service that issues accommodation usage rights as NFTs and previously completed an IEO issuance of the cryptocurrency NAC through GMO Coin in December 2024, raising approximately $13.6 million.
