Filan (@FilanLaw) May 15, 2025Judge Torres said she can’t make a ruling right now because the case is still with the Second Circuit court. If that court sends the case back to her court, she would still deny their request because she thinks the way the parties asked for this change isn’t the proper legal way to do it.This is a developing story.
