Lviv's Utility Companies Losing Staff Due to Insufficient Mobilization Reservations
In Lviv, employees of utility companies are resigning en masse due to the inability to secure full mobilization reservations. Workers are moving to private companies that can reserve 100% of their staff. The Lviv City Council is preparing an appeal to the government to reconsider the possibility of reserving utility workers. According to First Deputy Mayor Andriy Moskalenko, utility companies cannot reserve 100% of their employees, leading to a significant outflow of personnel. Mayor Andriy Sadovyi noted that workers are resigning and moving to private companies that can fulfill contracts for the city. Currently, most utility companies in Lviv can reserve up to 50% of their workers, while Lvivvodokanal and heat energy companies can reserve up to 75%. The situation requires a solution at the state level.
