Meme Coin Sector Continues to Cool Down, Pump.fun Smart Money Sees Profits Only from 8 Addresses in the Past Seven Days

BlockBeats News, September 12th, according to GMGN data, since July, the meme sector has been cooling down continuously, and Smart Money on Pump.fun has basically stood still: in the past 7 days, there were only about 8 net profitable addresses. A large number of middle-tier addresses in the ranking list have shown "zero transactions, zero returns," and many wallets have been inactive for tens to hundreds of days. Although the top wallets are still active, the ROI is mostly in single to double-digit percentages. The 7-day average holding time of many top listees has significantly lengthened compared to before, and profits are more from old positions rather than new coin pumps.
