This investigation is only targeted at a single user and does not affect the platform's other users' deposit and withdrawal operations. The platform's business operation is normal. As a fully compliant and regulated digital asset platform, MyStonks has obtained the U.S. FinCEN Money Service Business License (MSB) and has completed SEC Security Token Offering (STO) filing. The platform's compliance department has contacted the involved user through secure channels and guided them to complete the relevant compliance information submission. All user information is strictly confidential and is only used and shared within the limits permitted by law.
MyStonks emphasized that ensuring user asset security and stable business operation is a top priority. The platform will continue to optimize compliance measures to safeguard all users' legitimate rights and fund security.
