Push for Zcash ETF Listing, Solana AI Tokenization Begins

Grayscale is pushing for the listing of its Zcash (ZEC) investment product on the NYSE Arca, while Virtuals Protocol has started offering Solana (SOL) users ownership and tokenization features for AI agents. In a filing submitted to the SEC, Grayscale stated that the Zcash Trust shares are expected to trade under the ticker ZCSH on the NYSE Arca around August 25. The trust's name will be changed to The Zcash ETF. Zcash is a digital asset with optional privacy features, allowing U.S. investors to access products that track the price of Zcash through their securities accounts. However, the stock value reflects the value of Zcash held by the trust minus costs and liabilities. As of August 21, the trust holds approximately 391,000 to 393,000 ZEC, with assets under management of about $263.5 million (approximately 36.45 billion KRW). Virtuals began the process of issuing AI agent tokens on Solana on August 24, allowing users to create new AI agent tokens by entering the agent's name, ticker, type, and more. The token trading fee is set at 1%, with 70% going to the creator and 30% allocated to the Virtuals treasury. This update is related to the integration flow of AI agents and trading infrastructure.
