Rakuten Wallet to Distribute Commemorative Coins to SHIB Holders in September
Rakuten Wallet announced that it will distribute commemorative coins to SHIB holders at the Securities Investment Academy event to be held in Fukuoka on September 12. Senior analyst Matsuda is scheduled to give a SHIB-focused presentation at the event. The coins to be distributed will be in the form of metal commemorative products that are not connected to the blockchain. To participate in the distribution, SHIB holders will only need to show a screenshot of their SHIB balance in the Rakuten Wallet app. After Fukuoka, Rakuten Wallet plans to hold seminars in Sapporo and Osaka in October to distribute the same commemorative coins. The company introduced the physical Shiba Inu coin in July, presenting it as a physical representation of the digital asset. Rakuten Wallet has continued to support SHIB since adding it to its platform in April. Users can convert Rakuten Points to SHIB and spend this asset at 5 million sales points. Additionally, special content for SHIB was prepared in June. The overall market shows a weak outlook for altcoins; SHIB has decreased by 3.61% in the last 24 hours, falling to $0.0000051.
