RIVER Public Sale Countdown 1 Hour: BNB Subscription Open within 48 Hours, Refund at Lowest Auction Price Deal
BlockBeats News, October 29th, River has announced that the Public Sale will officially start at 10:00 PM on October 29th, with a total allocation of 50 million River Pts and a starting price of 1 River Pts = 0.0001 BNB. The price will decrease over time, reaching 0.000015 BNB within the first 4 hours. If the allocation is not fully subscribed, the price will reach the minimum of 0.000001 BNB within a 48-hour auction.
All participants will settle at the minimum auction price, with any excess amount automatically refunded and available for immediate claim after the auction. Early subscribers can lock up their subscription allocation for settlement, while latecomers can choose their entry timing based on market expectations.
River Pts is the ecosystem token of River, an ERC20 token that can be traded and staked. Through a dynamic airdrop conversion mechanism, River Pts can be converted into RIVER tokens at any time within 180 days, allowing time and market behavior to jointly form the value curve.
The official statement mentioned that the funds from this Public Sale will be used for ecosystem integration, RIVER token buyback, and the development of the River DAO community governance to expand River's footprint as a chain-agnostic stablecoin system.
