Robinhood Markets, Inc. released its operating data for July 2026. As of the end of July, the number of funded accounts on the platform reached 28.5 million, an increase of approximately 1.77 million year-on-year; the total assets on the platform amounted to $355 billion, a year-on-year increase of 19%, but a month-on-month decrease of 4% compared to June; the net deposits in July were $5.6 billion, with an annualized growth rate of 18%. The nominal trading volume for stocks was $333 billion, up 59% year-on-year; the trading volume for options contracts was 324 million, an increase of 66% year-on-year; the trading volume for event contracts was 6.1 billion, a year-on-year increase of approximately 20 times. Cryptocurrency trading volume showed weakness, with the nominal trading volume for cryptocurrencies in July being only $10.9 billion, a month-on-month decrease of 33% and a significant year-on-year drop of 62%, with the cryptocurrency trading volume on the Robinhood App experiencing an even higher year-on-year decline of 74%. In terms of interest-bearing assets, the margin balance was $20.7 billion, an increase of 82% year-on-year; the cash and deposit balance was $19.5 billion, a year-on-year increase of 34%. The total revenue from securities lending was $40 million, a year-on-year decrease of 34%.
