Saylor reports BIP-110 signals concentrated in OCEAN pool

Michael Saylor, founder of Strategy (MSTR), stated that as of Bitcoin block height 960561, BIP-110 signaling was present in only 24 of 946 blocks, or 2.54%, all from DATUM miners in the OCEAN mining pool. He noted that achieving the 55% threshold for voluntary approval was mathematically impossible during this period, indicating a lack of miner consensus. Saylor mentioned that OCEAN had enabled BIP-110 signaling by default on its legacy endpoint, suggesting that BIP-110 operated like a marketing campaign for Bitcoin Knots and DATUM. Additionally, he pointed out that BIP-110 software rejected all non-signaling blocks in the range of 961632 to 961647, resulting in a 100% signaling rate due to rule enforcement rather than voluntary support.
