State Geological Service Files Six Lawsuits to Terminate Subsoil Use Permits

The State Geological Service of Ukraine has filed six lawsuits in court to suspend or terminate the special permits for subsoil use. This decision was made following the results of 38 inspections of subsoil users as part of an audit of strategic and critical minerals and "dormant licenses." The lawsuits concern the following companies: LLC "Master Lit Industrials" (permit No. 4978 for the Pyatigorsk area, the court denied the claim on July 20), LLC "Bilmar" (permit No. 5018 for the Uspenovsk oil and gas area), LLC "Poltavaneftgeozvedka" (permit No. 4109 for the North-Kotelevsk area), LLC "Engineering Drilling Group Triton" (permit No. 4206 for the Sukhovskoye field), LLC with AI "Colored Metals" (permit No. 3154 for the technogenic deposit "Balka Krutaya"), and LLC "VIP Trader" (permit No. 6141 for the Western Lashchevsky site). The State Geological Service has moved from inspections to legal disputes regarding special permits for strategic and critical minerals.
