Top Win has completed a $10 million financing round, intended to be used to invest in Bitcoin or Bitcoin Treasury Reserve Strategic Listed Companies.
BlockBeats News, August 16th, according to official sources, the U.S. listed company Top Win International (Nasdaq stock code: SORA) has completed a $10 million financing round, with Wiselink Co., Ltd. (a listed company in Taiwan, China) as the lead investor, becoming the first Asian listed company from Taiwan, China to invest in a Bitcoin treasury company.
Top Win plans to use the proceeds from this round of financing mainly to purchase Bitcoin (BTC) and may invest in publicly traded companies with a Bitcoin treasury strategy (subject to applicable regulatory requirements). Part of the funds will also be used for working capital. TopWin has no intention of operating as an investment company, nor does it intend to engage primarily in investing, reinvesting, or trading securities.
