Ukraine Bans 250 Russian Software and Equipment

The State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine has expanded the list of prohibited software and communication equipment from 1,770 to 2,020 items, adding 250 solutions from Russian manufacturers. The updated list includes products from the Izhevsk Radio Plant IRZ, the company "Top Systems," and the firm "Rakurs." The ban covers software for routers, channel aggregation systems, as well as solutions for data collection and modem diagnostics. Industrial communication equipment is also prohibited, including 3G, 4G, and LTE routers, GSM, GPRS, and LTE modems, IoT communicators, base stations, and mobile radio communication systems. The list includes T-Flex software products from "Top Systems," including design and product lifecycle management systems. In June, the State Special Communications Service increased the list of prohibited equipment from 40 to 416 items.
