Dutch International Warns Investors to Remain Cautious on Euro
Analyst Francesco Pesole from Dutch International Group pointed out in a report that the resumption of military strikes in the Middle East reminds investors to be cautious regarding the euro to dollar exchange rate. He stated that for the euro to sustain above 1.15 dollars, the market needs to lower expectations for U.S. interest rate hikes through data or communication from the Federal Reserve, while risk sentiment must stabilize. If the market's optimistic expectations for a de-escalation of the conflict are correct, the euro to dollar exchange rate may have already bottomed out.
