According to Business Wire, the special purpose acquisition company Quantum Leap announced the completion of a $200 million initial public offering (IPO) and will trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "QLEPU." The raised funds will be used to support its pursuit of acquisition or merger transactions in areas such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and blockchain.
