The risk of users being classified as general unsecured creditors is reduced, as the updated draft of the US CLARITY Act aims to isolate customer assets. The National Fraternal Order of Police supports the latest version of the CLARITY Act, stating that it will not weaken crypto enforcement capabilities. Crypto organizations like the Digital Chamber urge the US Senate to advance the CLARITY Act. Jensen Huang's first X tweet indicates that over 20 institutions, including Nvidia, have co-signed to support open-weight AI models. LayerZero will gradually cease support for 20 chains with extremely low activity, including Moonbeam and Taiko. The World Foundation has completed a strategic financing round of $52.5 million for WLD tokens, led by Pantera Capital. Crypto market maker B2C2 seeks a valuation of over $1 billion, having negotiated with several potential acquirers over the past 18 months. KULR Technology sold 333 bitcoins, fully repaying a $20 million credit line with Coinbase. Jensen Huang stated that the chip industry will not experience a downturn for some time and needs to scale five to ten times.
